This week I took a quick trip over to Kelowna to check out a prefab home I saw on instagram. I stopped by Chaparral and was able to get a quick look behind the scenes to check out their factory, some of the projects they've got going on and their best selling show home called the Bellflower. The Bellflower is a 1604 square foot modular with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a den and a handful of upgrades that make it unique.
