you pronounce the name Uuno Turhapuro well, the only real mistake I hear is that it sounds like Uuno turhapuuro (turha puuro =useless porridge), but the difference between a long and a short vowel is quite difficult for many who are learning Finnish.

This Councillor Tuura hates Uuno and doesn't like the fact that Uuno is married with his daughter. The family name of the Uuno character could be roughly translated as "useless creek", creek, a small stream of water, but it's not important to know the exact meaning of the name to understand the plot and the jokes :)

Funny thing, the second lieutenant Naapero with the bike there voices Jafar in the finnish version of Disneys Alladin, and Uuno voices the genie. And the woman, Marina, voices Maleficent in the Disney Sleeping Beauty.
