Essentially, the reason countries such as Saudi Arabia, Oman and Yemen don't have rivers is because they technically do, they have bodies of water called Wadis, which although aren't rivers, they're the closest thing they've got to them. They're like rivers except they only flow some times of the year and they also contain some pockets of unflowing water.

I used to be absolutely godawful at geography and anything related to it, but after I started watching your videos I took it upon myself to try to learn the flags of all the countries. I think I've just finished memorizing Afrika's and even if it was just 57 countries I'm super proud of myself.

To my knowledge Germany and the Netherlands do have a territorial dispute about the exact border in the Dollart bay and in the lower Ems river. However, in 1960 both countries agreed that they disagree in this question. However, it is not a big problem and they agreed on sharing this area two years later.

6:32 I am assuming you are referencing the Bengal famine of 1943. Warning History Buff Incoming: The Bengal famine is an interesting one because it is referenced by many as Churchill's fault. In actual fact - It wasn't really... You see, the Bengal Famine was caused by the Japanese invasion of Burma. Bengal got most of its rice from Burma. As the famine started Churchill negotiated grain being transported into Bengal from Australia and obtained 5 ships from the USA to do so. These were off loaded into warehouses on the dockside but their was a fire that destroyed some of them. Additionally, local nationalist politicians refused to work with the British government agencies making it harder to distribute the grain. Furthermore, Crooked traders sold grain on the black market rather than distributing it to the poor. And to add salt to the wound, shipping (carrying food and weapons) was still being torpedoed in every major ocean by both the Nazis and the Japanese. Both the allies and the axis powers were all on heavy rations. There is ample documentation that negates the allegation that Churchill caused the famine. Unfortunately Revisionist historians forget there was a world war going on. In regard to the other reason people regard Churchill as being "evil": there is the claim that he was a "racist" which while true, is simply insane to be putting 2022 views on race onto a man born and raised in the Victorian era when racism, homophobia and sexism was the norm. History lesson over. I just felt that it was important to disprove the inexactitude Jack was helping to spread. I don't blame Jack at all though since it is near impossible to navigate the mind field of WWII history nowadays, and even harder to decipher fact from fiction.

I have seen that map. It isl ocated in Pavlov museum (so if any of you are taking a trip across south Moravia vineards I recomend a visit there because not only are the artefacts really interesting but also the architecture of the museum is something interesting and unusuall to host a museum)

While the map at 7:32 is definitely true and definitely makes China look bad, I'd argue that it makes a lot more sense to look at emissions per person because there's no way around the fact that a significantly larger population will lead to higher emissions. If you actually do this it turns out that the US and Germany rank a lot higher (and therefore worse) than China, so it's definitely something to keep in mind.
