Sinner could still practically toy with Khachanov even when injured. Insane talent.
@harshshitole62933 роки тому
Injured? Where?
@levelsetgo53313 роки тому
@@harshshitole6293 I think a shoulder injury was flaring up towards the end. Someone lemme know if I'm wrong.
@fabiocongia70233 роки тому
@@levelsetgo5331 he reported to italian media that he suffered muscle stiffening in his left leg, so to compensate that he used a lot more his right leg, leading to cramps. Since this wasn't a "real injury" he decided to finish the match knowing it wouldn't cause further problems (sorry for my maybe bad english lol).
@apathak343 роки тому
How does losing means "practically toy"?
@60hertzproductions643 роки тому
@@apathak34 He lost the match as a clear result of the injury. Yes injuries are a part of sports that you have to deal with, but sinner was simmering Karen in his ground strokes.

Hard to believe Sinner didn't start playing junior tennis at all and didn't take tennis seriously until 2013 and was ranked 1600 in March 2018... Crazy his arms can take the impact since he grew up either skiing or plays soccer which doesn't use the arm for strength at all.
@taopaille-paille49923 роки тому
I think Sinner is the greatest talent since Djokovic and Jo Wilfrid Tsonga in 2009. He may beat Nadal at RG next time as he learns very fast
@jonathanchen10263 роки тому
Tennis is more about the legs and core strength than arm strength

his strings are like 60 something lbs of tension too
@taopaille-paille49923 роки тому
@@cookieboy881 ah nice info. is it especially unusual ? (I am not a specialist in the subject only i know that manarino tenses it the least)

Rare to see Khachanov overpowered and rushed like that. Sinner is a major talent.

Sinner is playing great Roland garros matches with win in straight sets..I think he will meet Nadal in quarterfinals

it's 2024, in few days there will be another Sinner Khachanov in Melbourne. Things are a bit different now.
@user-jh4gx9jh9h6 місяців тому
You're all commenting as if Sinner is better that Khachanov. He got lucky in the first set and lost the second one because of 2 double faults in a tiebreak. He then proceeded to get destroyed 6-2, 6-0, and it is clear that he was worse than Karen the whole time. Karen then proceeded to get into the semi finals of this tournament, and Sinner is still attempting to get his first masters 1000 title. If you start crying about how young Sinner is, they only have a 4 years difference. shhhh

2:27 was a very clear out - how can the judge miss this?
@jeanyfan233 роки тому
It was played with Live-Hawkeye without line judges. So if you trust the system this ball must have been on the line. There is no chance to over-rule the system. You can only watch the replay of the point and show how close it has been on the line.
@networth003 роки тому
@@jeanyfan23 It was out. No, we don't trust the system.

It probably hit some of the line, it was very close.
