Sorry but the vlog squad abandoned Jeff and I feel mainly because David is their meal ticket. Jason is the worse. Clearly David was responsible for what happened.

After speaking with Jason I genuinely feel bad for the Jeff and a bit for the vlog squad for being in the middle of this mess. David completely fucked up and had multiple opportunities to fix this and is dragging his friends along the hate he gets.

I think when the accident happened David and the others thought it would just be an internal affair that Jeff would forget about, but when Jeff went public with it and started ripping on David (deservedly), the vlog squad turned on him because they all liked David and couldn’t cut him off because of what he did to Jeff. David should have done more and should have consequences, but he’s also the reason the vlog squad members are as famous as they are, and if Jason, for example, cuts off David, his audience will be gone in weeks

Jason has always been loyal to David, but not in a good way. He's loyal in the same way people stick around in jobs that absolutely suck: they scared to leave because they don't want to find out what it feels like to be on their boss's bad side.
