Jin is the so-called "glue" of the group. As their hyung, imagine taking care 6 different personalities all by himself? He lets his dongsaengs to have all the spot lights, while he is the one who's working hard behind the scene to make the group intact for them to go beyond the success that they're achieving right now. And it's totally alright for him. He is just selfishly selfless for his members. 🙂

This is so lovely. Jin is such a treasure. I look forward to years with the boys because it is so heartwarming to see them grow in love, appreciation, respect and understanding of each other. Thank you for such a lovely compilation. Jungkook doesn't say a lot about Jin but you can see how he depends on Jin's generosity, easy manner and playfulness and loves him. I remember how his face fell when Jin and Jimin ended the Vlive without him and how it lit up when he came by for Jungkook's following Vlive. I remember too how he clung to Jin and looked truly bereft after last year's MMA practice, when the danceline stayed longer to practice their solos and JK tried to get Jin to stay. You can see that shy talented boy was so blessed by such a sweet, easygoing, playful, caring hyung like Jin who is his partner in play and working out and brought him home to be a real little brother when his family was so far away in Busan. I love how JK's face lights up when he greets Jin.

Namjoon was the type of person who set goals and work hard to achieve it so when he met Jin he's confused. Jin is the go-with-the-flow type, he won't cage himself to the rules, he laughs when he's happy he'll scold them if he's mad or annoyed, and just move on when has to.

Each member has their special role in the team. Some are for visuals, some as lead vocal, dancer and some express themselves through rap. But this hyung here was not just for singing. He was brought there for a purpose. He helped other members through his wisdom. Above all, a person’s wisdom makes a man, that’s what i believe. This is why stan BTS, theyre not just musicians, theyre advocates of finding self-worth, purpose in life and finding real happiness within yourself (and sharing it to others).

The members were all expecting a stern older brother, but Jin chose to lead through friendship, happiness and love instead. It was jarring to them at first, but over time they realized how precious those qualities are and how healing it all ends up being in the end. Because of Jin, the members are able to look at life with wonder and joy, they are able to laugh at life and be happy. Jin was wise beyond his years - we take ourselves too seriously when we're young, only to get older and realize that we should just enjoy the moment. Jin knew this from the start - that's why he's stayed the same. He had the secret sauce to a happy life all along and he passed that on to his brothers who as they have gotten older have come to appreciate just being present and in the moment. What a precious gem Jin is! We can all learn so much from him!

This made me cry ! Hearing the members talk about how much they love and appreciate him is so precious ! Jin is the sweetest & kindest big brother Bangtan could ever have ! He's so caring and mature and humble, honestly they are lucky to have him ❤ (for me all of bangtan is a wonderful magical combination of the best 7 members who are perfect together 💕)

The "please use BTS to love yourself" is really touching. It's really true that if something pique your interest you'll definitely remember it. Like how Namjoon was able to remember that convo with Jin in BV season 2. That he makes himself happy by making people happy. That convo made me love Jin more. That's why if you're happy and you love yourself, that will also make BTS happy.

Seokjin is my bias he is really very precious and also the reason why I am improving a lot on how to live. I didn't know that until I thought of it and the way he is so polite and the way he just is ..like you know soo cool and calm. Maybe I should say that he is my role model now, cause I am trying to be like him. His influence and his presence is really something I will always be grateful for. Happy birthday Seokjin-ah. Thank you so much for this thoughtful video. Their genuine & caring relationship with each another is one of the main reasons why I became a huge BTS fan. I’m ot7 but Jin has a special place in my heart. I feel like there are many layers to Jin & we’re only seeing just a few layers. That is the power that Jin has... It might seem subtle but huge... I really feel so grateful to get to know this artist, this beautiful human being... Whenever I doubt myself or loose self confidence/ esteem, I look for his videos or his song, AWAKE, EPIPHANY...
