I was fortunate to be at the stadium to see this, I've been watching the Reds since 1986 and this was one of the greatest games I can remember, Go Reds!

I'm happy for the Reds. I'm a fan of this team, and Votto's super articulate and a great leader.

I'm not a Reds fan and it's only been three games for Votto so far since coming back, but I really hope the Reds make it to the playoffs via division and Votto of old resurfaces. Even just those 3 games you can tell Votto feels reinvigorated with the youth that is lifting the team.

It certainly feels good seeing Joey back in action now since he dealt with an injury last year. His two crucial home runs from last night really helped the Reds secure a 12 game winning streak. Good for the Reds and those stupid red hot Braves suck. My questions are will they tie or surpass the Rays’ 13 game winning streak which is currently the longest streak held by them this season? Or maybe will the Reds’ streak come to an end? We’ll see.

Unfortunately, the Reds are riding a current hot wave and are the next, current flavor of the month, just like another irrelevant, small-market, consistently tanking team as the Pirates!! Enjoy the current streak and ride four as long as possible, but realistically it's been the Brewers consistently on top AND will ultimately be the only realistically talented team by end of July and left standing going into October in the weak, mediocre N.L.
