Little over 3 years ago, I was sitting at a bar at 23 years old, depressed because i got suspended from university due to my drinking habits while on my fourth pint of Blue Moon. I watched this video, listened to Jon talking about his "best times" being sober and that very new years eve i pledged to never drink alcohol again, only to fall back into the spiral of excessive drinking on my 24th birthday of that year. Just 3-4 months after I made the pledge. My life was hell for the next two years all because I was doing things the real me shouldn't do including drinking, smoking, aimless etc. I am now 7 months permanently free from alcohol's clutches. I advise anybody to do the same.

I love Jon Jones. Great fighter, but he does have personal issues that he needs to address. Like joe mentioned, a sports psychologist could really help. Along with his drug issues. I’m not one to judge, as I haven’t lived Jon Jones’ life. I’ve seen many good people get stuck on drugs and other issues, I just hope he keeps working on himself, as a fighter and a human. Love that guy. I respect all people willing to jump into that octagon.

Unpredictable dangerous with every part of the body. Born with the reach of a demi god and has spectacular movement even at his large size. He is like the fighter create in a game maxing out all the skills while giving him a freakish reach. I mean honestly who is a better fighter than Jon Jones?

I've heard so many guests say stuff like this and seen so many guests open up about really interesting things that they would otherwise not speak about on a different platform like an interview or press conference.
