I am a man. I thought her speech was extremely good. She delivered it with such force and lucidity. I think we can all find something relatable in it, even men, because she did the thing so many of us wish we could - verbally destroy someone who is trying to unjustly tear us down.

As a man when I look at someone like Abbot I see a little man/boy who feels threatened by women because he still hasn’t grown up and doesn’t understand the concept of mutual respect. What a sad example of a man.

I'm also a man and my God what a powerhouse of a speech that was. Iconic and brilliantly delivered. I think we all can find catharsis in wanting to silence our haters in the same way she stood up to Abbot.
