The women you are reffering to are those who want a job because of their gender. Those women won't be successful as a ceo, just as much as a men won't be successful as a ceo, if he doesn't put the work in it. A man aswell as a Women will be successful, if they put the effort and the work into it, it's just much more common that men are willing to sacrifice all of their lifetime to becoming successful , whereas women tend to focus their private life more (generally speaking ofcourse there are always exceptions).
