(Crazy) his father made him take PEDs when he was young and during pct, the growth plates tend to close out leaving him shorter than what he wud have been. But you don't need to jerk your body around to get past defenders, look at any point guard other than Westbrook and Rose, they don't use that kind of motion, because unless you're a freak athlete, which I'm not sure this kid is, you're gonna get hurt and shorten your basketball career. If you keep your rhythm with the ball smooth it's just as effective if you're as fast as this kid is
