It doesn't say a think about the President being immune. So, when you say "no one" what are you basing that on? Not the constitution. Just your own interpretation. But, I'll refer you to the much cited Article 2 of the constitution and you'll find NOTHING that says either way. It doesn't even mention the president relationship to the law. So, for you to say "no one" is not valid. That's your opinion and not actual law. We have no laws in this situation, cause I don't think a president has come up before the law (other than Nixon). Its not ludicrous. What is ludicrous is 1. a rapper, 2. the fact you think "no one" without any documentation to support your claim. So, what this case is doing is making that documentation.
