It turned out quite interesting and delicious. The main thing! The base should be up to 1cm. Any meat will do: beef, chicken, even minced meat)
Meat pizza:
Meat for the base - 500 grams (I have beef)
Ham - 50-100 grams
Cheese - 50-100 grams (I have suluguni)
Mozzarella in balls - 8 pieces
Cherry tomatoes - 5 pieces
Pepperoni - 7 pieces
Salt, black pepper, paprika
Pizza sauce:
Peeled tomatoes in their own juice - 1 jar
Garlic - 3-5 cloves
Italian herbs, dried basil, salt, black and red pepper, sugar
We cut the meat into the shape of our frying pan (note that the meat is fried, leave a couple of centimeters under the stock). We beat them off. Add seasonings, olive oil and rub well. Let it stand for 30-60 minutes.
At this time, we prepare the sauce. Pour olive oil into a frying pan, add chopped garlic and dry seasonings, mix. This is necessary for the aromatization of the oil. Tomatoes are crushed in a convenient way for you (with a fork or blender) and added to the frying pan. Salt, pepper, sugar to taste. Stir and cook until thickened (10-20 minutes). We put our meat base for pizza on a preheated frying pan (I cut it to fit the shape of the frying pan). Fry from 1 side for 5-7 minutes. Turn it over. Put the sauce, thin slices of ham. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pepperoni, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.
