Anytime your child goes to a Walmart alone or with parents teach them to scream "Code Adam". This is the alarm for a missing, abducted, or abused child in the store. Security and Walmart personnel will stop what they are doing, do a search, and or go to the commotion. As a retired USAF NCO I had my fill of bad airmen, male and female. Reading what she was doing, her husband or jailhouse friends told her to get out faster, do more $hit. It just works in the opposite direction that's for sure. Another thing, the FBI did not do its job of investigating them at all. They would have seen what their behavior was and concluded they may not be a fit for the military at all. If it was during the administration between 2009-2017 when they lowered Army minimal standards, even more, I can see how these human malcontents got in. It's getting worse with this admiration and looking to even lowering it even more. Not since the draft has the worse of the worse is getting in the armed forces lowering morale and readiness for one who want to be there.

THIS. Growing up on base all of us (boys in the housing area) thought the guy was a big wuss for not fighting back or at least defending himself when his wife abused him fortunately his command protected him since FSC wanted HIM to go to anger management and threats to pull her ID out in a base in the middle of nowhere (30-45 minute drive to nearest wallyworld) got them to back down. The ONLY reason why they helped him was because he just curled up into a ball so only he was injured and no bruising on him So if he sees this know at least I'm sorry I thought you were a wuss back then.

I use to work at Wal-Mart, and at that time, Code Adam was only used for missing children after management spoke with the parents, and then announced over the PA with a specific description of the kid. That way every associate in the store not only knew to look for a missing kid, but it also essentially locked down the store to make sure the kid couldn't walk or be carried out. Your average Joe isn't going to fully understand this, and the associates may not respond the same as if it was announced officially through the PA to everyone at once. As with any such code word social media wants us to try using, these are not situations where you want to be taking chances. You need to teach your kids to scream for help instead of some code word. For one, it's much easier and natural for them to remember and use in a panic. Two, there's no question what it means. It means people are needed asap to that location. If a kid (or anyone, for that matter) is in danger and following this advice, you first need to hope that the person remembers the correct code word for the situation, then you need to hope the people near by knows it, then you need to hope they take it seriously, then you need to hope they care to respond if they don't know it. It's too many points of failure when, "HEEEELLLLPPPPPPP!!!!!!" gets the point across universally. Yes, code Adam exists, but leave it for the staff to use it as they are trained. And just ignore all the other code words for danger as well, it'll only lead to confusion and delayed responses.

If my kid was going to Walmart for me I'll tell them if anyone puts there hands on you in a threatening way scream loud enough for everyone to hear
@gamester512
@gamester512 Рік тому
Exactly. The absolute best thing you can do in that situation is to make as much noise as possible in order to draw attention. Especially if it's a *child* screaming, that is sure to get people to come running. Especially if there is even the slightest chance that it's an attempted kidnapping, the absolute last thing a would-be kidnapper wants is attention, so intentionally drawing attention to yourself is the best thing you could possibly do. Hell, I know of at least one instance where a young girl was being kidnapped (the kidnappers apparently planned to force her into marrying one of them), and her screams wound up drawing the attention of *THREE LIONS* who scared off the kidnappers and then they just stayed with the girl and protected her until they knew she was safe, at which point they simply left.

2:19. That's physical assault & of a minor no less. That is definitely an arrestable charge & can be sued for it too.

So I am colorblind and I have a Golden retriever named Manny, my parents own a family restaurant and we have a house on the floor above it. We had extremely low staffing at the time, and we ended up hiring non-family members and one day we hire someone we are going to call the EK (entitled Karen) so Manny helps me keep out of the way of people because I am just one of those people that can sometimes get in the way of things because I get distracted easily. So my parents allow my well trained dog to be in certain areas of the store. So one day my parents hired someone who seemed nice but ended up being the EK. One day I wss going up the stairs to the house and this EK followed me. I didn't notice at first and was startled as she literally tried to kidnap my dog. (I had no clue why she would try to take a 40 pound dog who was allowed to be there to this day) My dog barked so loud I swear she about fell down the stairway. My parents heard this and my dog was probably about to bite her ear until by parents ripped the EK off of my dog and literally fired her on the spot and walked her out of th building. Who do you think was the jerk in this situation?

Story 1) In my opinion, it was probably an abduction attempt.... she knew the kid didn't work there... she wanted to see if the parents were around... she was probably going to follow and grab her after the kid left if she was on a bike or something OR EVEN if she got the kid alone by the diapers... maybe it was near an exit or the bathrooms or something. She left when a grown up got close enough to witness and the cops were threatened... but she or an accomplice could have still been outside until she got back in the car with her dad. (knowing she was in there alone.) Acting a little unreasonable is the easy way for people to get a kid alone. If the kid was more agreeable, the person would have gotten the kid, under her own volition, to be in a part of the store that the grown-up wanted. Maybe she wouldn't even do it inside but use the opportunity to form a repour so approaching here out side would be easier for the actual abduction. Even after that, imagine if the girl was there on a bike.... how easy would it have been to identify her, and then approach her after meeting, outside and try to thank her for her help... then grab her. Grown-ups aren't THAT dumb... Maybe I'm being an overprotective parent here but it seems more like a rouse and a close call. That girl handled it perfectly too... don't comply at all and get away. Great job to her.

I think my guess for why the Karen mistook the kid for an employee is that she was rearranging stuff on the shelf. That’s my only guess though.
@gamester512
@gamester512 Рік тому
Rearranging stuff does not make them an employee though. And she was *TWELVE* and the actual employee even mistook her for being 11! In the U.S., it's literally *ILLEGAL* for people under the age of 16 to even *have* a job. Plus, the most important thing to look for, especially if you're at a Walmart, is if a given person is wearing a blue vest or shirt with the Walmart logo and name on it. *THAT* is how you identify a Walmart employee, they will always be wearing a Walmart vest or shirt. Anyone who doesn't realize that is a total idiot. But my guess? That Karen was just a bully and was looking for an excuse to pick on literally *ANYONE* she possibly could.

0:01 that happened to my mom, we actually live in Puerto Rico, we were at a Walmart and a person who maybe was travelling (due to the fact that she was speaking english) though my mom worked at Walmart because she had one of those work jackets, but my mom actually works at SuperMax (Stores in Puerto Rico don't know if in the US are any) and then she realized my mom didn't work there and just said "oh sorry sorry" and left laughing embarrased, i actually don't blame her, she's not from Puerto Rico so it's easy to be confused when in another country but that was hilarious 😂😂😂😂
