My favourite lecturer, presenter, leadership expert, you name it. But in this instance I'm too distracted by Simon's change in accent (sort of British but....?) I find it hard to focus on the message.

Leadership is not about being in charge- it’s about taking care of those in your charge. It’s so incredibly simple, why are there so many bosses who don’t follow it? It would mean more money in their pocket in the long run!

Samat Aldazharov Sinek was born in Wimbledon, England; at a young age he moved to Johannesburg, South Africa, then to London, then to Hong Kong, before settling in New Jersey.
