I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, it's not recommended for people with my condition to be vegan due to us not producing collagen correctly, and vegan collagen isn't metabolised as easily and we already make it badly. Obviously people with EDS can be vegan, they just have to make extra accommodations into their diet than the average vegan.

Then i started reintroducing other things 1 by 1 to see how my body reacted. now ive got a decent selection of things i can eat without trouble.

As a person who worked for an insurance company that sold and serviced personal liability policies, I can tell you 100% that there are several laws against defamation of character, harassment, slander, and lible, which are all present in each of the examples that have been displayed. @KallmeKris, you absolutely have a legal case against this woman who is not just shaming you. In the wild, these lesser mammals would want to be pregnant as often as possible, not only because estrous itself is extremely painful for the female akin to a period but with horniness and no blood, but because that is the mating strategy of the entire species. In the wild, animals like cows, pigs, sheep, and chicken will have their batch of young and over 40% of their offspring will die. Either from unfortunate natural causes like disease, birth defects, the mother being too inexperienced or not producing enough milk or even their herd/flock/group rejecting the newborn arbitrarily and killing it. And that's not even taking into account predators who can easily kill and eat a newborn calf, piglet, etc. So the females of these species get pregnant as much as possible so they have ample opportunity to raise at least one of their young to maturity. That's their strategy. And that didn't stop after domestication because that mating strategy actually benefits us! So of course we would keep those genetic and behavioral traits to the modern day. The same way we still select dogs for their excellent sense of smell. While it was originally a hunting strategy, it benefits us that they can smell our cortisol levels or blood sugar levels, so we select for that in our breeding process just like evolution also selected for that. In reality, 90% of the things we do to animals are actually things they like or generally support their well being or the well being of other animals. Especially when it comes to pigs. Pigs are an invasive species in North America and even their native populations have been known to desecrate human property and become extremely aggressive to humans once feral. Pigs are actually well kept in the farming industry with plenty of space, food, shelter and social activity. Even the Farrowing crates recreate natural whelping nests which are tight and leave little room for movement. The Farrowing crates also prevent crushing as well, as 80% of loosely farrowed Piglets are crushed with a 60% fatality. But 80% of black slave women, in comparison, do not crush their black babies and kill them 60% of the time when sleeping in the same room as one another... Because black women are not pigs, black women are not cows, black women are not fucking animals. They are humans with human minds, human bodies, and human rights. Because comparing them to literal animals is racist as fuck. Animals are not people, animals should be treated like animals because they are animals. A dog is treated like a dog because it's a dog. You wouldn't treat a human like a dog because that's dehumanizing and cruel to the human. But you wouldn't say treating a dog like a dog is somehow cruel to the dog, the dog would be happy. The human would not. Because a human isn't a dog. A black woman isn't a pig or a cow or a chicken or a sheep. Bringing up the treatment of these animals and comparing it to human slavery and cruelty is beyond stupid and extremely racist and bigoted. A dog for example, benefits far more from companion like relationship to humans than a cow. A cow would not do well in a suburban backyard playing with your two young kids. A chicken would not benefit from being in a bird cage in the living room of your studio apartment...And so on and so forth. A chicken does well in a large flock with a run and a coup. Now does ALL of the animal husbandry industry follow these principles? No. Just like not ALL dog owners give their dogs the space they need, or the exercise, or the proper food and just give dry bland kibble. But you wouldn't start pointing to cruel dog owners as justification as to why ALL dog owners are cruel to dogs and talk about that one guy with his pitbull chained to the pavement as a reason why I am cruel to my German Shepherd giving him daily walks, a rich diet and plenty of love and attention. Of course some people are going to do shortcuts and be cruel. But overall, excluding those bad actors, animal husbandry and providing meat for humans to consume is no more unethical than training a dog to be of service to a disabled person. It's necessary, it's good for the animal, and it hurts no one and nothing.
