This reminds me of something my granny made that I had not thought of in years. Creamed carrots! She made them the same way she made creamed corn or creamed peas. I loved them!

My dad loves cooked carrots. Maybe I should make this on Easter. It would be great with a glazed ham and some balsamic glazed brussel sprouts! Of course we can’t forget the carrot cake lol.🥕🥕
