I still can not believe how much better national performance was than the Eurovision one. Camera work did such an amazing job in this one, emphasizing everything the way it should and delivering the atmosphere of the song on point. Eurovision did Luke Black dirty.

Agreed. It also seemed like his microphone was turned down quite a bit at eurovision, could hardly hear a thing. I think eurovision did that to a Greek entry a few years ago too, Onirou or something, messed with her mic, and Soldi too actually. The evidence is all there.

Nacionalni nastup je bio neverovatan... Evrovizjska verzija je čista sabotaza, to je bilo potpuno evidentno... Ja sam bila potpuno šokirana koliko je bilo nekih zvukova koji su ometali i prigusenost zvuka koji je napravio potpuno drugačiji ton... 🤔👍

I feel (VERY) sorry for Luke... He deserved so much more. I feel there was like a mix issue with the sound, bc we just can't hear him in the arena. He has a really good voice, but the mike was too low. The jury score was sadly expected, but the televote just killed all my hopes for the top 5. The running order didn't help too : 3rd in the sf, 5th in the grand final ; This is really unfair. I've never heard something so revolutionary, original, creative, complex and sophisticate before. This is more than music, this is a true piece of art, and Luke is born to perform (All his discography is a pure treasure, i invite you to listen to it). The message, the stage, the choregraphy, the melody, the charisma, the vibe... Everything was perfect (apart the sound and the running order). He was and still my winner and I don't regret to have voted for him, even if he doesn't appeared in my country's televote. The quality is more important than a simple number of points. Serbia, you got my heart this year, keep sending experimental songs, please. Game over b🦞tch 💔

I'm always sad when really unique songs like this don't do better. It feels as though they inadvertently incentivize "safer", less interesting entries. But to be fair, 2023 was incredible strong for Eurovision and it was inevitable good songs wouldn't place well.

I am from Serbia but I dont think Luke will end up in top 5. I like this song, I even voted for his on PZE23 but I think Luke will be in top 10. But It would be great to be in top5

This reminds me a bit of a living in a matrix world... so you could say Hello to the one controlling everything, you actually want to escape it and you're fighting against the machine. Absolutely brilliant!

Interestingly enough, the "hello" comes from the time Luke was playing the Sims during the pandemic, Sims characters would wave and say "hello" in simlish to gain attention of the player to take care of their needs cause they are incapable of doing it themselves. By saying "Hello", Luke represents himself as those Sims characters, completely chained by the virtual reality. Only by removing the shackles and plugs is when they finally become free and energetic, by defeating the enemy boss.

This goes straight to the top of my personal ranking for this year, joining my favorite performances released so far! I love this dark and futuristic vibe, simulating a video game. I can see a bit of Grimes here, but Luke undoubtedly put his own spin on this phenomenal performance. And the Serbian parts sound so good, it´s really a beautiful language! For me, this has a lot of potential to win or at least a top 10 result! Thank you Serbia for bringing "out of the box" entries to Eurovision in these last 2 years, that are wonderful and very artistic. I wish you all the best! Sending lots of love from Portugal. 🇵🇹💞🇷🇸

Listening to the ESC album drives me nuts first because Luke is that far down the list before I get to it AND I need this laugh in the studio version. National performance was perfection. The camera and mic at ESC were not it. So glad I have the national performance here to go back to at least
