Would love some more information on this. Especially stuff like alignment and various other things. Great result.

there is a lot of missing information. Its about just showing making pcb itself, not "how to" as descriptions means.

Unless the title has changed it does not give the impression of showing you how.

What bits did you use? ❤

Bait in the name. It is a CNC machine in case you didn't know.

Perfect!

I use the same process but expose the ink with an lcd panel, then chemically remove the cooper. By leaving all these copper islands, you create inductive and coupling issues, and the resolution isnt very good. I still electroplate the vias in CuS04 solition. I will admit, unless i need it right now, pcbway does it cheaper than half of my consumables.

What is the machine?

Cool stuff! Glad to see that milling head you made getting some usage - did you need to do any sort of mesh compensation for the surface of the copper clad?
@alexey.Рік тому
Did without mesh compensation.

Which bits are you using for this project? also how do you ensure the height of the mask to only remove the mask from the pads without damaging the pads? Impressive work btw
@alexey.Рік тому
I have measured height map using dial gauge indicator and then calculated mean value.
