Liverpool fan, but have to admit that handball decision was a shocker. One of the reasons I can’t abide Ronaldo’s attitude is that throughout his career he always has to take 5th penalty, despite being the best taker on the team, as he wants it to be all about him (as opposed to most other world class strikers, e.g. Shearer / Kane etc would always step up first to give a bit of confidence). He then realised that he might not get one if the 4th Utd player missed so switched to taking 4th, what a plum 😂

Kudos to Man united for forcing the full strength Middlesbrough to penalties. They should be proud of this achievement despite the loss.
