Does anyone else get anxiety watching Drongo play this like he's playing competitive ranked manner lords? To me this is one of those games where I don't speed up time ever and just enjoy the ambience, at least for the first several runs. I guess he's providing variety because nobody else on youtube is trying to minmax this right now.

I'd love to see you revisit this later and win without cheesing the game. They should hotfix it so level 2 village only registers after x2 new families move into the x2 level 2 burgage plots, which would require getting the necessary approval ratings.

This has yet to be confirmed, but I think you're making a small mistake early on in the game, which is of vital importance here: if it's like in the demo, it's necessary to link the granary and storehouse to the starting resources with roads, because carts only carry 1 unit, like men, if there are no roads, whereas they carry 10 units with roads.

Well if you know what's coming ,why are you building the houses so early? Just finish the tannery, let it run for a while, same with firewood, in the meantime build the church. THEN houses.

This is not the hardest difficulty possible. You can adjust the starting resources to zero, and many other sliders to much more punishing settings, past that of just "challenging difficulty.
