Your Lupin is precious. My mum is the only person who got a pumpkin in my family this year, and I doubt she will have time carve it even though she "promised" she would. With how often she's made the promise to take care of herself this year (and for the past four years she's been at a job she hates), I doubt she'll be able to keep this one. *sigh* I can't wait to be celebrating Halloween on my own again, giving out candy to trick-or-treaters, watching Halloween movies, and lighting candles to send prayers for friends far away. Quarantine is one of the things I will write on a strip of paper and light on fire during my candle ritual this year.

Because I wasn't allowed near knifes (in that way at least) was to get out all the pumpkin guts when we made jack-o'-lanterns as kids and teen, and I always thought it was fun. My favorite part is how Remus just goes right in there and grab the pumpkin guts like nobody's business and Sirius screams in horror like I do when I am close to any kind of stinging insect (other the bees) because the gave me the heebie-jeebies. Love both jack-o'-lanterns they are terrificool.
