The central focus of the design concept for Mark Epstein’s home is on the pool and the deck area. The deck area, therefore, needed to be exceptional! With 4 dogs in the house that enjoy the deck as much as the owners do, it wasn’t just important that it looked good, but also that it was easy to maintain. Adding up these two essentials, Esthec Terrace was the clear choice.
