An animated flyover of the Martian surface explains why Mars’ Jezero Crater, a 28-mile-wide ancient lake-delta system, is the best place for the Mars 2020 rover to find and collect promising samples for a possible future return to Earth. For more about the mission, please visit mars.nasa.gov/mars2020

@Blue Sky here is what i think the problem is, people are gullible and they believe anything they want to hear. remember the capsule train thingy? it should have been fully functioning at 2016! Mr.Elon kept changing the dates and so far only an empty sample placed in a lab with no interior is ready. and that is after years of his promise. i get it, he wants to be the face/name/icon of futuristic innovations but so far we seen nothing but ideas. also you can take the electric car as an example. one of the most inefficient things to make at this time. our technology is not yet ready to use fully electric cars. see their price and see how long they can go without charging. and you cannot charge it the sun rays so basically it still harms the environment since making electricity needs unhealthy methods. for me so far he is considered a scam. only thing we got is empty promises and an inefficient electric car that costs around 300,000 USD.

If they set this up, I'd buy VR gear in order to use it. Edit: Of course trying to transmit all that data to Earth would present huge (possibly impossible challenges). They might be able to record data for a single day and then spend a year transmitting the data back to Earth. People with VR could then "visit" on that one day.
