It’s funny seeing all the people who thought this was gonna be a flop. Yet it’s the most fun I’ve ever had in a game in a longggg long time. It actually feels different and unique , especially in its combat

@@TheRizzler525 it doesn't have to be the same company to be successful. The game looks okay and there is no online features which I consider a good start. Any time you have online features, it leads to micro transactions. The developer say they won't have that or DLC but ill hold my breath till the game comes out. Just don't pre-order.

personally I enjoyed Avengers, but I'm not like most gamers. I actively dislike online multiplayer so I have only played it offline so far. Barely any bugs, and the longer breaks between characters is allowing me to spend time on other games

I can imagine how this game is gonna be through the trailer. Funny, bombastic and amazing. There’s so much potential here and I seriously don’t want this to fail. I hope the dev team get it right like Intihar did.

@@Briansimon2 i see wym but Starlord is the leader of the team. The story is going to focus on you being the leader and even deciding which routes to go (story based) which to me is wayy more awesome than a marvel ultimate alliance part 3 guardians edition lol.

@@Briansimon2 having focus on specific character actually... grounds the game and makes it feel like youre a part of the team immersing you instead of feeling like youre just puppetting different characters and messing with them feeling no real connection to them. If it works for tomb raider, uncharted and god of war for example it would definitely work for this game.

@Rexy 3521 Maybe because the other characters in the team are more interesting, I guess? Maybe because Star Lord's skills and fighting styles don't look as interesting compared to others who have super strength, healing, etc.? It's my opinion though, you can still enjoy this game more than others.

In the gameplay of it we saw that quill could tell the other guardians what to do during combat, so technically you’ll still get to control the others.

Guardians just big mood shouting and talking over each other but once the battle starts they are in perfect sync. Looks really clean though. Combat wise just 5 of them working together, kinda sweet

well the guardians kind of had a rework in the comics ever since the popularity of the movies. They literally made new comics that had the guardians act similar and look similar to the movie versions with just slight changes. Which is basically what this game did. So if you want to be technical about it, they really just adapted from both comics and movie

Should let us choose what to be, not just Starlord, I mean I know he's cool, but give the others some importance. Edit: I was just let known about the tactics and leadership side of it, so this really makes sense now.

if you think of it, its pretty beneficial since it offers a better experience. though you were able to play as every avenger in the avengers, they lacked any sort of specialty or uniqueness to their playstyles. with star-lord being the only playable character, there is a much higher chance that the game’s mechanics and features will be much less buggy and more polished than the avengers.
