DP3 may change disneys trajectory in regards to more adult themed content but ppl are tired of Disney and boycotting en masse. Now that Disney owns 20th Century Fox, people worried that Deadpool would be watered down for the MCU to a pg-13 audience. This is proving to not be the case and Deadpool is staying R rated

presumably it disrupts the timeline less to silently kidnap him rather than alerting multiple X-Men immediately. Shatterstar, Colossus, Negasonic Teenage Warhead are all at the party that we see.
