Es impresionante el proceso que se lleva a cabo para la creación y producción en masa de una pelota de basket, que proceso tan complejo y tan laborioso por el que pasa la creación de una sola pelota, siendo necesarias distintas maquinas de diferentes capacidades pero en gran cantidad y tambien la mano de obra humana necesaria para que se pueda crear culminar el proceso que se lleva para la creación de dichas pelotas. Viendo el video me pregunto, las personas que trabajan día a día en esa fabrica, la pasaran bien? se sienten satisfechos con su trabajo o si quiera les gustara cumplir con el rol que les fue designado en esa fabrica?

It's not manufacturing of the basketballs that really amazes me, although it is interesting, it is the mechanical setup that makes my mind spin. How people come up with this automated stuff is incredible.

You can't keep them there or close and if you move away your troops, more people from other places come to capture any remaining there. Companies use production, knowingly or tricked. How do you make these places better to sustain people and move companies away from bad ones?
