and i am getting sick of people like SAS when he said Mahomes went up against Brady and Brady took him out, no he never, that defence took out Mahomes keeping THAT offense to 3 FG's. According to most analysts every time a TEAM wins is cos of the QB, but whenever a team loses it's cos of their defence not the QB. There is 53 players on a roster, every win/loss is not all on the QB. Then you had people before the SB saying that Mahomes is the new GOAT, he has only been a starter for 3 years, GOAT - greatest of all time for a 3 year starter don't make me laugh, after he has played another 15 years in the league maybe the conversation can be had.

I agree, let's slow the roll. It's because he succeeded so fast, but I think it came with a price. Mahomes knee & toe injury is just too much. Not sure if he can adjust his style to match Brady's short to mid throws without holding the ball long. This will only help him stay healthy for a long time and then he might win another SB and then can be in the mid level conversation, but still not GOAT. Slow that down until he's ready for it.

It won’t happen simply because nobody is willing to not get paid 5x more the amount they need to live, Brady would’ve done even single without Gisele, he thrives and lived for that he knew he didn’t need exorbitant amounts (more than he did) of money because he would be on this cycle of football for years to come so many piles up with stocks and investments etc plus money out of the contract itself etc et. Specially with male black players is very hard that they will follow suit that method and drive for success because they don’t measure it the same it would be the same with a Latino quarterback with Mahomes talent/

Every time the football community creates a hype around a young QB, it becomes a disaster. Before Patrick Mahomes, the same people did the same thing with Russel Wilson, Colin Kaepernick, and Cam Newton. A Quarterback needs first to mature and to work hard before reaching glory. Ray Lewis said it once: At home, Tom Brady spends hours and hours clicking to find the opponent weaknesses. He spends hours and hours training. He is a leader in and out of the field. TB12 is science, strategy and execution. I am not sure all these quarterbacks can ever be at Brady's level.

What's amazing for Brady is that he played through the end of the "contact" era. He got his leg folded in half. Now we are in the no contact era for QB's. JPP got a roughing the passer penalty in the SB for a clean sack of Mahome. The post contact generation will have so much more opportunity and potential for longevity.

I don't necessarily agree with your comment, but I like it. I was confounded by a fact Romo (I think it was him) that said that TB didn't get his last 4 until after 37. I wonder if guys like Rodgers, Brees, etc will want to play longer now. Heck bring back some of the old school guys like Manning, Favre and even Montana (just jokes). But seriously, I think there is something to this fact knowing TB, as good as, didn't win a SB from age 27 to 37. You would think the height of your career is sometime between those ages. I agree. SAS is a homer Shady Brady lover and PM hater. He never points out the Chiefs OL was terrible (instead just makes fun of PM saying he's just running away, etc). He also doesn't give the Bucs defense their due. He also doesn't mention the questionable calls that lead to a SB record in yards of penalty (all home cooking at home stadium).
