I once had a dog with separation anxiety, we went out for 5min a day leaving him alone. We slowly built up the time week by week until he could go for lengthy periods of time; as well as giving him a safe place to be in like a box or a bed while we were away. After awhile he settled down and accepted that we had to go out but would come back. He then got lots of snuggles and treats for good behaviour. Instead of treating him with medications maybe try behaviour modification first.

Came to write the same thing. Medication should be the last try. Milky is so good at learning (not even eating before getting permission) that he will learn to stay calm without humans easily. But it takes effort.

I was going to suggest crate training. It gives your pet a secure place. My Samoyed loved hers and often went in it to sleep just to get away from the cats!

@@lindajarvis9965 Crate training in an older dog like Milky can be a little bit harder. You usually have to start them off as puppies in a crate then that becomes their safe place.

@@chelsbells408 True but with patience it can be done. I would start with not locking it and just using it as a place for treats until the pet liked it. Maybe the pet wouldn’t ever like it but if your pet needs a secure place to feel safe, you should try it. Agree with hating to medicate.

They all do such cute things. And the freckles on Tan's nose make him look cuter. When a cat exposes his belly, like GB, it is a compliment. And maybe Tan eases his anxiety by going in his box, then he feels better. Milky is just gorgeous!

Little Bro, do you have special dog “whisperers” there? Sometimes they really can help with separation anxiety or other problems - often times we as humans are too attached to our pets to see what we might be doing wrong and they can give us good tips. Both you and Milky can benefit and not have anxiety when you do have to leave the house. I LOVE Tan - he is HILARIOUS - all of his crazy moves and jumps!!!!

They're still as adorable as ever 🥰 I think the reason Tan is extra adorable is because of the fact that we have been able to see him grow from such a teensy little boy to a fine young man and I think that especially goes for the Butlers because they raised him by hand from soooooo young! When you leave your house don't let milky or even GB and Tan see you go out the door or even say bye or talk to them right when you get out the door. It triggers their anxiety, when you talk to them before leaving your house for them its like you're saying goodbye like ur not coming back, remember when GB was crying when you went out cause he saw you leaving but the next time GB was smart he didn't get close to you when you leave and he was fine. Tan never had that problem because he never see you get out the door when you leave. When you're about to leave your house its better to distract Milky like you did before when he was still young you distract him with food or toys with food.

I was just thinking about the 3 bros this morning, then up they popped with another adventure! I have to say Milky looks so cute trying not to sleep with his tongue just poking out.. GB just looks so beautiful whatever he is doing and Tan with his big eyes the same colour as his fur! Milky is clearly very upset when left on his own but if you do not leave him often then I think he is OK. He knows how much he is loved I am sure of that, but he must feel very lonely at these times. They are all so beautiful with their own special personality and characteristics.

I remember how bad Tan's separation anxiety was. You bros worked so hard with so much love. Even GB was feeling anxious and you helped him get over the anxiety too. You 2 bros are so amazing! It's kind of silly and sweet that Tan being the actual baby with a traumatic early life story, Is the one who can be calm when you bros are gone for just a few minutes. And biggest of all Milky is then crying in the corner. 😅😅😍

LOL Milky knows something up! It is so cute watching GB enjoying ice! Seeing all three brothers playing with each other is such a treat! They just love playing tag and chasing one another!

Good luck you will make them so happy…😊💕 I adopted mine from a shelter there are lots there always waiting for that special someone… Well one from the shelter, 2 came to us from outside and 1 a kitten from my best friend.. 🥰💕💕💕💕💕

I agree GB looks like a doll I call him, Super Model Cat. Milky warms my heart because he makes me think of my dog that looked very much like Milky. She has passed away. Tan is so playful and grateful fir his rescue and family. I ❤️ 💗 💟 all your family.

I think Tan doesn't have separation anxiety because he's too busy being naughty to notice you're gone 😂 but watching Milky howl was so sad 😞

There are ways to train separation anxiety out of dogs and cats. Tan's breathing quickens.....but GB "The sleeper has awaken." 1:11, the sound of a single crunchy hitting the floor stirs the sleeping Tan. It takes him almost 1/2 a minute to shake off the sleepiness and to figure out what is going on. After not seeing the butler bringing more, he resigns to go back to sleep. Tan's cross-eyed look was precious. The athleticism he showed by jumping GB while running forward was stellar. I have never seen that one. A bit later GB does the same thing, however, Tan's leap appeared so effortless because it was from an almost dead stop. Great video for B-cuts!!
