Its the best of both worlds if you don’t get caught up in the numbers. Damian Lillard doesn’t shine as much when Giannis is around and it’s actually a good thing I feel as if Dame does not play with the force or speed that Giannis plays at. Dame Lillard is more meticulous, cerebral, and has to think the game more than Giannis, because he doesn’t have the size & speed of Giannis, When Giannis is playing -he creates an unexpected pace- he sees the game differently because he has different gifts and talents Giannis takes full advantage of teams, not sprinting back on defense-he puts immense pressure on teams this way. Compared to Damian Lillard who constantly walks the ball up the court. Giannis plays with chaos that causes good things to happen and openings to happen for the team. While this style will not be every team ; it does become a style of play that the bucks can use in order to change the complexion of games. It’s a good problem to have and it gives Dame some nights off, especially offensively where he doesn’t have to shoulder the load. This way you can push the tempo with Giannis and see if it creates opportunities and then you can always go back to slowing it down with Dame and Middleton to get better quality halfcourt looks

I know it's still RS and doesn't count much, but this one had playoff intensity at the start! And in that regard, OKC showed just how inexperienced they are. Also showed how incredibly stubborn their front office has been not to pull the trigger on a move or 2. All those assets, all those picks just sitting there. When you got a team that has shown that can win right now, even unexpectedly so, you gotta go after it. Bring in some size and experience to help the young guns! Siakam could've been theirs.
