Great collection of videos. However, I don't feel some of these qualify. For it to be a truly heartbreaking loss, you have to feel like you're going to win, and then an incredible play happens that snatches victory from the hands of defeat. For many of these games, the score was tied and then someone made a great shot or play that won the game for the other team. So, your first video, the Michigan/Michigan State game, that's definitely a gut-punch loss for the Wolverines. In contrast, in the Villanova NCAA championship, the game was tied and the Wildcats had the last shot. No way NC fans felt they had that game in the bag.
