Hey loves, this is Juliana. As requested, I'm finally dropping my workout routine!!! I started seeing changes on my belly after doing the workout for 1-2 weeks, without changing much of my food choices. (I did STOP binge-eating tho!! My original diet varies a lot, ranging from varieties of junk food to fruits, the hardest thing that I found was controlling the amount of my food intake. I was really bloated from non-stop eating, as you can see on the left).
After a week of pushing myself daily tho, my urge of eating (excessively) reduced SO MUCH every time after working out somehow (it's probably sth psychological, my mind is telling me not to let all those effort go wasted haha), I am NOW trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle and diet, might as well show u guys the result soon!!
I also became much more active daily because working out has made me more energetic xd

doing this workout for a month ! day 1 : ✅ - while doing the exercises, i felt a high pressure on my waist, at some exercises i was shaking, i hope i will get to it soon. day 2 : ✅ - doing them all was a little bit easier than yesterday day 3 : ✅ - i think i feel changes day 4 : ✅ - felt good after the work out forgot to update the comment ! day 5 : ✅ - i went from 44.5 to 44.3 that day ! however i did it twice 😅 day 6 : ✅ - the exercises were more easier to do that the first time day 7 : ✅ - feeling great ! day 8 : ✅ - I have a feeling that I see little changes, or am i hallucinating ? 😅 day 9 : ✅ - woohooo ! also made a small playlist to the workout remind me if i’ll forget !

documenting my journey!! day 1 : did it.. literally died but I did it! day 2 : did it, and I HATE side planks.. day 3: did it twice with my cousin, and I still hate side planks... day 4: did it with my cousin again, side planks are getting easier but I find the plank side to side hard.. day 5: did it, i find side planks way easier! still struggle w the side to side plank thing.. day 6: somewhat did it, had period cramps but i tried to do my best! day 7: I did it, but I think the day I had off made me get rusty.. i ate a bit more snacks than I was supposed to but its fine! day 8: did it! i was way more tired than the first 5 days though.. i see improvements in my waist and don’t bloat when i eat! (i do just barely noticeable) day 9: I did it! I'm getting used to it again, I don't like how my body looks but it might just be my bloating from my period lol day 10: I did it, for some reason I was extra tired though.. day 11: i didn’t do it since i was super tired.. but i walked a lot today! tomorrow i promise ill do it and tysm for everyone who’s been supporting me with this! i’m gonna keep doing this for a month instead of two weeks now! day 12: I did it, finally getting more motivated to do it now! i'm gonna do this for a month, started 08/03/2024 (happy women's day!!) Btw i'm doing this secretly who's like me lol. Day 1: ✅ Did it, it my body hurts so bad since i've never exercised. My waist is having curves for the first time in my life. i'm so happy !!! Day 7: ❌Rest day. Day 8: ❌ I was a lil busy so i didn't workout but i will tomorrow Day 9: ✅Did it, nothing's special. Day 10: ✅ I've got so sweaty today, i guess it's because of the weather but i hope it's because my abs are actually working. Doing this exercise for 1 month ( until 10/4/24) Day 1 ✅ I did it! Definitely felt the burn Day 2: ✅ Done first thing in the morning Day 3: ✅ DONEE!! @Bangtan Bombs. this is just my reply but i say do it twice (once is okay) if you want the results faster then eat in a calorie deficit 800-1.5kcal (don’t do this for too long tho!!)

Hello everyone I started this workout on 15th April and now I have finished all 15 days and I want to give an honest opinion. I am 162cm/5'3" and 50 kgs. I have a lean appearance so this workout definitely showed results from the first day for me but it may not for all depending on your body fat percentage despite that I had some stomach fat that I wanted to get leaner so I started this workout. From the beginning it was really difficult tbh even on the 15th day I still hate this but still love it 😭. The first few days I was definitely sore and I had some pain in my stomach while getting up, then after around 4-5 days I didn't get the pain. I saw results from the first day and they definitely look really defined for the first time. I want to note that I did this everyday only once and I definitely took breaks in between the side planks and the planks around 1-2 minutes and sometimes 5 second breaks too because it was too much for me and I was out of breath. I'm not an athletic person and this was my first time working out like this. I did not get very noticeable results and I even got my period in the end but I noticed that my bloating was almost gone and I didn't have much cramps also. While this didn't give me very defined abs, it definitely made me feel much stronger. I had defined forearm muscles and I could run faster and not get tired so this is definitely a must try if you want to feel stronger and be more athletic. Overall if you have a body type like me you can expect to see definition in the upper stomach area and some line abs however they aren't as noticeable as hers ofc. Please make sure to increase your protein intake and drinks lots of water while doing this workout as it definitely burns a lot of fat and makes you more hungry. It is okay to take breaks if you are really tired and not feeling like working out I did too and I still got similar results. Lastly please take care of your mental health and let's all get healthy and be happy guys

I did the workout this morning and I didn't feel as much pain as usual, maybe it's because my body is getting used to doing the exercises so I don't have as much difficulty doing them. I lost weight, I'm in shape. Day 7 : ✅ yayyy 🎉🎉🎉 one week!! *Week 2* Day 8 : ✅ i was about to not do it at first, because I was already burnt out from running on the treadmill, but after watching some motivational videos, it inspired me to workout and so I did! ☺️☺️, I’ll also list the measurements for week one to ensure that there are some results! Anyways, thank you all so much for 7 likes!! It always reminds me to workout!! 🎉🎉 Day 9 : ✅ I did it!! Also my waist measurement is now 23.5 inches! It really works! Day 10 : ✅ Wooooh!! @@erukkidesu just because you want to lose weight or tone your body doesn't mean you need to give up the food you love!! All you need to do is eat moderately and if you WANT, then you can slowly, slowly, s l o w l y quit junk food. Don't try and quit it all at once or you will just end up messing ur diet up again and going back to how you were. (I speak from experience) Also, if you want you can replace some of your favourite snacks with healthy versions of snacks that are still DELICIOUS! there are loads of amazing healthy recipes on UKposts and TikTok for you to try. DONT GIVE UP GURL U CAN DO DIS

This is just info: While doing this workout or any other work out, make sure to keep a consistent healthy diet. But don’t force yourself not to eat anything. Consistent healthy diets don’t mean js eating veggies or only chicken. Eg: 3 meals a day ( breakfast, lunch, snack then dinner and maybe another snack) but its not only exercise snd dieting, its also sleep routine, one that helped me a lot was (sleep: 9-9.30pm wake up: 7.30-8am) This workout is great if you want to loose 3-5cm. Just know, you are beautiful and i hope this plan motivates u even more! Every like = a reminder everyday! Day 1: Day 2: Day3: Day 4: Day 5: Day:6 Day:7 Day8: Day9: BONUS DAY!! Okay now my experience In starting it was hard for me in the beginning but after some day it got easier When I did the first plank it was so good it was damn easy feel like it is heaven But when I did last plank it was like I'm in the heaven😂 About the side plank Side plank was tough I didn't did that for about 2 weeks but after that when I did and during doing that I was shaking like a phone when it gets the call😂, and it was so horrible thing I've ever experienced😂 And everything was good I got my abs lines but my abs are not fully visible because of have to much fat percentage so I have to reduce it doing extra exercise then it definitely help me to gain abs more perfectly, RESULTS MAY DIFFER FROM PERSON TO PERSON, I'm giving only my example No change in my weight and I also don't wanted to losse weight after all I only wanted to loose fat in my body so yeah I did it and might also do it on regular basis 👍🏻

I’ll do this challenge for 2 weeks!! Age: 15 waist: 72cm height: 1.70m weight: 63kg Day 1: ✅ felt the burn bcs its been forever since I’ve worked out Day 2: ✅ my belly and hips hurt so bad from yesterday it was so much harder i was barely able to do 20 secs of each one Day 3: ❌ i was too exhausted I accidentally fell asleep so i couldnt do it Day 4: ✅ my legs hurt so bad all day i couldnt walk straight! I had trouble doing exercises associated with legs Day 5: ✅ it was a lot easier but i still couldnt do the legs raising exercises Day 6: ✅ finally i can do most exercises without skipping for too long!! Day 7: ❌ rest day!! Day 8: ✅ it was harder now shouldn’t have rested 😭 i couldnt do the legs exercises again After 1 week: Weight: 62.4kg waist: 71cm lower belly: 86cm hip: 102cm Day9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11:✅ Pls remind me to do this again! 🔥

I know I'm 3yrs late but I wanted to try this! Day 1: ✔️ (Some exercises were hard to do for me but since I've been doing light work outs for weeks, I managed to get through the others just fine!) Day 2: ✔️ (Not as hard as the first day, and I didn't have body cramps! Stretching just right after this is the key to not having body aches :D) Day 3: ✔️ (It's getting easier and easier each day I attempt this, and each attempt was successful!) Day 4: ❌ (Now, I had a good reason. I had already walked for 4 hours and 14 minutes prior so I paired it with light exercises.) Day 5: ✔️ (It's way easier this time! Especially the Russian twists, which is what I hate doing the most paired with mountain climbing and bicycle crunch. But these exercises are becoming much easier as time flies by. And I also saw some improvements in my body shape, specifically my waist. I didn't bother measuring my waist before all this because ny goal was to only lose weight and tummy fat. But I don't mind this improvement.) Day 6: ✔️ Day 7: ✔️ Day 8: ❌ (I was too busy doing some assignments 😭) Day 9: ❌ (Still acads...) Day 10: ❌ (Walked 16K steps lol) Day 11: ✔️ (Felt refreshing to do russian twists after three consecutive days of skipping) Day 12: ✔️ (Skipped way too many days due to how busy I got, so I'm gonna stick to what I recorded here.) Day 13: ✔️ (WHEN I TELL YOU, IT WAS EXHAUSTING!! HAHAH)

doing this workout for 2 weeks! remind me by liking my comment please ❤️❤️ DAY 1: i stopped at workout nr 9 because i had already had martial arts for 1 hour and then did another workout at home and then this! Im proud of myself tho and i ate quite a lot before doing the workouts so im pretty bloated 😭.. DAY 2: I missed day 2, i was outside with my friends but we biked a really long way so that was better than no workout at all i guess! 😊 DAY 3: night: so i felt the burn but it felt easier now and the workouts felt even shorter than they did on day 1! Ill give an update if i see any difference on my waist in the morning bc im going to bed! morning: it looked so good! and i see a tiny difference and im not bloating as much anymore! DAY 4: it was so easy today!! Im so proud of myself because today working out it felt so quick?? It didnt feel like 15 minutes and the workouts felt like they went by in like 5 seconds?? Im so proud of myself! DAY 5: i did it! it was hard bc i wasnt feeling well today and i had fatigue:( but i still did it and im happy! DAY 6: did it!! And im starting to see a difference in my waist now im so happy! DAY 7: ONE WEEK IS DONE!! Im so happy that finally one week has gone by! @@jesusislord918 honestly i think it’s because of genetics and from how much carbs i eat lmao😭 i do leg exercises every now and then but i’m really not that active so idk why or how they keep growing so much. i can send you the link of the leg exercises i’ve been doing recently if you want but just keep in mind that you might gain muscle or maybe even lose fat, everyone’s body doesn’t react the same yk. if you don’t mind your thighs getting bigger because of muscle definition or whatever it’s called then i think eating more carbs, protein and not skipping leg day could help, but don’t quote me on that or anything lmao i’m still just a young, growing person😭 hope i helped though

Trying this seriously for 2 weeks!! For some basic info im 15, like 5’2 and i weigh 120 lbs, my goal is 110!! (Keep in mind Im also gonna try and be more active and eat better) Day 1: 😣 i was struggling since much omg, I was exhausted by the end of this but im gonna keep going Day2: I was able to do the plank for way longer 😭, i also realized a lot how much you also need to be mentally strong (kind of?) like I used to give up so fast but I realized if I just kept going strong and believing myself that It would be a harder but easier. Whoever need to hear this: 1. This work out is really hard if you are not used to do exercise. 2. Do this exercise because you love your body and you want to take care of it. If you want to the work out because you hate your body don't do it. If you want anyways, be careful with the physiological consequences. 3.. If you are planning to do it, do some warm up and stretching before and after. (this work out could cause a big impact on the lumbar area). 4. You should take 1 day of rest between the routines. Your muscles need to rest. 5. MOST IMPORTANT: don't try too hard and don't get obsessed! Every body is different and it will take longer or shorter to see changes. 6. If you consider that you are getting obsessed with exercise or with losing weight, you should talk with someone about it, you may be developing an eating disorder.

@@keasiamorton9409 but the thing is working out shouldn't be to just lose weight it's a terrible and dangerous mindset. working out should be enjoyable and to keep your body healthy and active. you hating your body could lead to you over working yourself and under eating. it'll ruin your body internally. you will become obsessed with losing weight which will lead to an eating disorder. the steps that she gave were important to a healthy weight loss journey.

Y’all when i always want to lose weight I only do 1-2 days and then I stop and I start eating worse than before and that leads me to getting fatter which makes me never do workouts cause I knew it’ll end like that but yesterday I kept eating like everyday after lunch and it was too much!! So I was like no that’s enough and I went and starting working out. Yes it’s my 2nd day, but I’m proud and I used to only do one workout so this is like a big accomplishment! But this time I’m doing 4 workouts (1 is a dance workout) (3 are actually workout and this is one of them) so idk how much sets I’m doing! I’m determined this time to reach the body and weight I want💗💗 Inshallah I will. And inshallah while in this losing weight process I’ll also care about my marks cause finals are coming🥺🙏🏼🙏🏼 wish me luck guyssss

"I'm not sure of my waist size, but i'll update on whether or not it got noticeably smaller once I finish my week. Im doing this with Shirlyn Kim's full body kpop body workout!! edit! now doing this for a month since i took a couple of days off that may or may not have hindered my results LMAOOO starting: waist (unknown), weight 40 kg 1st day: done, was super painful, but we did it!! 2nd day: done, a lot easier compared to the 1st day. I went on an hour walk before doing this exercise. 3rd day: Finished!! This was surprisingly harder than it was on the 2nd day, but it may or may not be because I started my period today LMAO. I also went on an hour walk before doing this exercise. Day 4: completely forgot to do ANY of my exercises (other than walking in the morning), woops!!! I watched Shang chi though, it was so good day 5: finished workout!!! Almost there, 5 more days until I post my results! day 6: finished finished finished!!! i studied for my first spanish test today! slowly but surely seeing results! day 7: looked at my day 1 photo, looked in the mirror, and SHIT does this workout work LMAOOOO, still doing it until the 14th day!! Day 8: finished Day 9 : forgot !! Sorry! Day 10: finished!!!!! seeing amazing results! day 11: finished!! treated myself a little bit

Started march 13th. Updating measurements each week! Height: 5’6 Waist: 29in Goal:25in Day 1: ✅️ exersizes were hard but overall manageable. Day 2:✅ I took less breaks and exercises seemed easier. I’m also a bit sore. Day 3:✅ I feel guilty that I took more breaks than yesterday. It was just not a good day today but I pulled through. I feel changes happening! Day 4:✅ this day was surprisingly easy! And the workouts were somehow ..enjoyable😭. Day 5:✅ pretty easy today. WAY less breaks. I had a shower after and I feel refreshed. Noticing changes in my waist. Day 6:❌ was unmotivated and super busy. Day 7:✅back at it. Wasn’t so bad today. Update on waist measurement tmr :) Day 8:❌ unfortunately:( Day 9:✅ today was way easier than all other days. No long breaks, just little pauses. I’m proud! Waist: 28in Day 10:❌ Day 11:❌ Dah 12:❌ Day 13:❌ Day 14:❌ I think I’m gonna just start over bc this week ain’t looking too good. I haven’t been doing the workout but it works guys, it really does ‼️

Day 1: I'll start Tomorrow. Update: I totally forgot about this comment so I guess this is day 1? Day 1: It hurts a lot. Day2: it hurts more. Also I feel my stomach getting hard. Day3: It hurts even more. I could do the whole workout without stopping at the middle of the exercise. Also I think my abs got shaped?? Tips: DONT shy away from giving yourself longer breaks, better to take a 1 minute rest then not give your best effort completing the 45 seconds. You WILL improve and it WILL get easier. YOU GOT THIS!!
