im fascinated by glyphs....It once thought it must be for communication, what else can it be. Only problem is that they are so small and not meant to attract attention so can be easily missed. Perhaps instead they mark nearby spots where they have had success with ambushing deer. I feel certain that the larger tree structures are a way of marking territory, and glyphs are usually found within their territory, it absolutely fascinates me.... good job on your video.. we need more people like you and your husband in this world :)

I would be quite nervous having those creatures brazenly coming up to my house! Interactions at a distance would be fine. One way to discourage 'close encounters' could be to place game cameras at the front & back of your dwelling - cameras seem to be a bigfoot deterrent.

Hey! I've seen your comments on some of the channels I subscribe to and didn't realize you have a channel. Today this came up as a recommended one and so I watched. And I'm impressed! You are brave to have them come so close, but it seems to be working for you! I like your methods, how you take the before photos so you can compare them with what happens. I love that they took your pretty rocks. And you think they're gifting you by stuffing raccoons in your live traps! That seems likely, and hilarious! Love all your diary videos and thank you for sharing them! I have a thought about the tools and them taking and then bringing them back. Now maybe you have already discovered this since your experiences are ongoing through today from your diary posts of 2016, (excited to see more diary posts!) but I had a thought that the tools and wrenches are VERY similar to the shapes of the Y sticks. Could they be looking for similar items that YOU use to show comparisons? Like hey! You have these too!! We have something in common!! Just a thought..... again, thank you for sharing and what an awesome journey you have been on and continue to experience!

Hi sw - at 12:35 you write of how you hear the big branch break in the woods, I had an identical thing happen in Arkansas as we were traveling in an RV. I took a walk after we arrived at the campground, and happened to just turn my head in the right direction exactly as the branch broke. This was in the fall, I could easily see 200 feet into the woods. There was nothing there and I saw nothing fall or move. I know a 2" branch didn't just decide to break and crack on a windless day. I turned right around and walked back the way I came. There was something there, my hootie hairs told me. The pictures you show of NC and OH at 30:45 of stick structures made me think of something, maybe the minor differences are like the differences between two people's handwriting but the script still means the same thing? p

Facinating again. I really believe they are trying to communicate with you. Did you notice that the one that comes to the porch positions the monkeys and girl as if they are holding hands? Meaning they see you in a loving way. Next, when left the peanut butter with the stick in it, do you think they were asking for some help? The next time the peanut butter was moved, not fully eaten with a symbol next to it. In other BF stories the peanut butter goes quickly. Then the doll was moved back from the monkeys like they were trying to tell you something. I wonder what would happen if you put a container out that has peanut butter, a spoon and a twig made Y in the container too. I also wonder if you can further your experiments with the symbols, like when they gift you with something really nice, replacing it with a Y symbol and see what happens. I wonder if you make individual cards with their symbols on it will they begin to match things/pictures or emotions to it. Just wondering. I say this because you've got a better arrangement than anybody to get some really good research answers. I would love to see you eventually team up with an excellent BF researcher to produce a book in a few more years. We are all learning so much because of you! It's really fantastic!

That was awesome! It cracks me up the things they do ! The raccoon deal was hilarious! Around your house it's like Christmas every morning not knowing what you got ! LOL ! I was excited I thought all this was in North Caroliina,that's where I am from so anything from here I love looking at to ! But 600 miles is not far ! My nephew just moved to West Virginia and I can't wait to go and visit him to see if we might have any luck seein evidence anyway ! Keep us laughing,they are great !
