Cheers, I enjoyed putting that battery together and appreciate the advice on chucking on some ring gaskets. In my next battery build, I'm definitely putting on some ring gaskets as a little extra safety is always a good idea. If felt like I learnt a lot from putting that battery together and I also have plans to make another battery using 21700 samsung 50s 5000mah cells which is a little more expensive but I like the fact that they give you 35A max continuous. It would be a 72v battery using 120 cells, but that's something I've wanted to do for some time, but I needed to make a 52v battery so that I could get some real time hands on experience. What type of bsm would you be using? I've looked at two different bsm are daly and an ant and spoken to a gentleman from cell supply who advised me on those two if was gonna make a 72v battery. Would you happen to know Where's a good place is to find a case for such a build? Wish you all the best of luck on your battery build. 💯 % agree that's it better than a shop bought one and you know whats inside your battery so if there's any issues down the roads you'll be able to at the very least have a go at fixing it.
