I love the ham roll ups, and the mince and tatties reminds me of my grandmother. She was a Yorkshire lass and made this when I was little. I still make her recipe today. Real comfort food! Another week of wonderful meal ideas! Thank you Mr. Paul 😊

Thanks Mr. Paul for your advice about me not receiving your notifications, I received this notification so it seems things are back to normal. Like you, I'm 80 this year, but obviously not as proficient as you regarding computer technology, so thank you for your help. Your meals this week look lovely, can't wait to try some out, especially the spaghetti dish and the stuffed tomatoes. I made your roast potatoes and your no fail Yorkshire puddings to accompany the beef I cooked today. My cooking has improved immeasurably, thanks to you. Thank you for this weeks meals, they always look so tasty. I remember as a child my mum used to do mince and tattles with carrots & swede mash every week, delish. Hope you’ve had a good Easter, best wished Jean ❤

I had to stop halfway through this as I was overwhelmed with the notion of making your creamy chicken and mushroom! I had been humming n hawing about dinner and this popped into my head watching your meals if the week. Tastes delicious! Thank you Mr Paul 👍

Happy Easter Mr Paul. Your meals looked splendid. I'm not a big fan of gammon but I could have eaten and enjoyed yours! The piccalilli looked very nice indeed. I'm a big fan of that especially with turkey rissoles at Xmas time.
