I think another thing people were annoyed about is that he's executive producer, he basically hired himself; the guest host search was all a sham. Anyway I'm still hoping for Levar Burton or Ken Jennings.

I don’t think he should have been chosen in the first place. There were plenty of better hosts such as Ken Jennings Levar Burton, and Buzzy Cohen, yet they made the executive producer the host. Nobody can replace Alex, but I know there’s better options for a replacement.

I like how the media keeps implying that he quit because of his comments. He quit because a lot of us threatened to boycott the show if he was the new permanent host.

Once again, on behalf of MANY MANY other Jeopardy fans, we're urging you to put LeVar Burton back on and give him a reasonable amount of time, maybe 3 or 4 weeks to settle in without such pressure.........he's the obviouso choice!!!

Just use Ken Jennings… obviously the months and months of a choosing a new host were a waste of time since he chose himself… but as somebody who was honored enough to do a book report on the great Alex Trebek in December 2020, this is NOT what he wanted! I read “who is Alex Trebek” by Lisa Rogak who literally interviews Alex MULTIPLE TIMES, and He clearly stated when he either passes or retires, he doesn’t want somebody who’s already a celebrity or is extremely politically tied… which was about everybody they chose to guest host on the show. I agree, nobody can be nearly as great as Trebek, but at least Ken Jennings has been on the show as a contestant and knows what it’s like, and knows how to keep things moving and fast paced and not about him.
