This is now my favourite EV. This is the 1st EV that actually speaks to me beyond just going fast or torque. This has that little bit of purpose and character that I was looking for. What a fantastic bit of kit.

It’s great looking has the snob factor in reams, sadly it’s lacking in tech quality time will expose its faults, it was rushed together to be first out before the plaid, the roadster is the one to compete against not a 5 seat salon car ?

I've found people become scared of range a lot, but in reality, a lot of people don't do anymore than 50-60km in a day. And I've also found that if they can afford an electric car, there is always the option of a small cheap car to give you that range if you ever somehow need it to get to that certain spot. Electric cars are becoming designed to replace those trips that require you to travel up to 30-100km in a day, which all of them can do easily. And a great plus side is that having to use a rapid charger is a great way to have a driving break to stop fatigue too

Ceramic rotors on gravel - most likely they are all scored now from stones getting stuck between the pads and the disk. Mine did.

The Taycan Cross Turismo is the best Allround EV on the market. And BTW it has a "Gravel Mode" which makes it more controlable when driving off the road. Doesn't look as spectacular but probably prevents those holes in the car.

OK, this is a great fun review; I really enjoyed it and I really love this car. This is the first electric car that I actually desire. I think Rory might have got a little too excited when proclaiming that this car is "built for the rough stuff"; it's clearly not an off-roader and the roughest terrain it could cope with is flat gravel, or fresh snow. Given how good the car is in these conditions I would have expected the review would tell us what type of tyres Porsche is fitting to it? Are they all-terrain, mud & snow, and do they have a higher profile which raises the ride height and makes them less prone to damage? Seriously, how can any car review not inform the viewer what type and size of tyre (and wheel) it fitted to the vehicle?
