I personally don't like that Wolf doesn't have crazy end lag, because dealing with the White Fang is a pain in the butt; even worse, people who spam it. That end lag is, like, my only way of actually doing some good damage. Maybe it's a skill issue, idk.

Nah. Wolf's m2 is not scary as you can dodge it's second m2 after perfect dodge or first m2 being blocked. + it's m1 block damage is bad, making it almost impossible to even get the block low enough to break with ultimate
