Agreed. I've just recently finally picked up my first fire emblem which I've loved and I really would have liked to go back and play where it started. Classic Nintendo though, awful company at game preservation.

There was that Fire Emblem OVA that came out on VHS in the 90's that got localized and released in the west. While it's definitely an obscure thing, I'm one of the kids who grew up with it, and got to freak out at Marth being in Melee.

Yeah I was a fan of that soundtrack + the Temple stage as well. I preferred Roy though for his color palettes and fire element in his attacks.

FE three houses just got released two years ago, no way will they announce a new one this early.

@@CodeLo7495 The reason why I believe why we might get a new FE game announced soon is because the team behind Fire Emblem Echoes have not been seen in any credits since the release of Echoes in 2017. Only 17 people from Intelligent Systems worked on Three Houses while Koei Tecmo developed the rest of the game. Since Awakening/Fates, we essentially had a mainline FE game every 2 years or so.
