July is out now. this one is really emotional for me and extremely heart felt. thank you to Peter Harding and Michael Sonier for making me feel comfortable enough to open up and write this song. i wrote this about a time when i felt like i amounted to nothing to someone and never felt good enough for them. i stayed in fear of the heart break tho my heart was already in a million pieces. anyway its out now heres a piece of my life that made a huge impact on me.

I was in a relationship with the most beautiful women, the first person to ever open my heart and I ended the relationship after almost four years of being together which was the hardest thing for me. I had so many good memories with the love of my life and I will cherish those memories all the way until my last breath. She was the once that introduced me to this song and now since she is gone I listen to it at night. She was the most perfect person in the world and with the greatest soul but she was a alcoholic and I decided after many attempts to break up with her knowing in my heart it would save her and the very next day she went into rehab and I have not heard from her and maybe she hasn’t called because she feels guilty of hurting me but if she ever does watch this video and sees what I write I hope you know that I love you deeply. I pray everyday for her well-being so she can grow to be the best version of herself and I will forever grow stronger in my faith that god will allow us to cross paths and so that we may love each other until we grow old. It’s very hard for me to listen to this song as I’m writing this but I know god will watch over my love and guide her back to me one day. I love you so much Maeve more then words will ever describe. Listened to this song 2 years ago and related so hard. I have since left that relationship. The lyrics “you remind me everyday I’m not enough, but I still stay” hit hard and used to me make me cry. alexis rogers i didn’t mean for my previous comment to sound like all i wanted was summer. i don’t really care about summer. i was trying to support the one who was sad about not having their summer. i have family members, that are in the medical field. mine are older, more liable to covid-19. yet they still work their butts off. so yes, i can imagine how stressful it is because i am going through it now. so do not tell me, or other people, of what i am thinking of. everyone is affected by this virus, big or small. yes, summer isn’t the most important thing but to some people it can b. their summer could’ve been where they could’ve seen their family, their friends, or had a huge event that could’ve changed their lives. we don’t know but that’s none of our business. like how the other person said, you cannot say that other people’s problems don’t matter because they don’t have it worst.
