In this closing keynote at Nutanix .NEXT Europe 2016 we join author Nassim Nicholas Taleb as he shares his views on what it takes to be 'antifragile.' A former options trader, Taleb is well known for his influential book, 'The Black Swan: The Impact of the Improbable.' During this keynote Taleb advice on what it takes to withstand difficult-to-predict-events through the practice of 'antifragility,' a term he has coined. To be 'antifragile' is to be enabled to grow and benefit from a certain class of events, errors and volatility.

What a powerful concept! "The same wind that blows out a candle, feeds a forest fire!" I believe as it relates to people and life, that you can become antifragile - feed off of what tries to harm you! Are you going to be the candle and let what happens to you kill your motivation? Or are you going to be the forest fire and let what happens to you ignite your fire and become unstoppable!

25:18 - Good technology is what destroys old tech. Not something that brings something new. Startup idea - Don't build something new, destroy something old. To be successful - Tinkering, never miss options and have optionality.
