In this second part to the video series I build my motor control unit and install it into my observatory. I also upload the code for the Arduino UNO and give it a test run.

Hiya Don . Good one ! It is always so satisfying to find and repurpose an item when doing a Project . Love the Medicine Cabinet as an electronics hub . When I go to my local hardware store the Owner will ask "can I help you find something ?" and I reply , "sorry , I don't know yet what I can use" . LOL . Question...you brought an Electrician in to wire just a few pieces in the cabinet but then you did *everything* else . Where's the line , in Australia , on what you can and can't do regarding electrical wiring ? Cheers .

Australia is a Nanny state. We can hardly do anything without a license and a fee for it. Our government thinks we are all brain dead. LOL. Above 48 volts and it becomes an electricians job. Yes it's a very simple job for most of us, but we are not allowed to touch it. In-fact technically you can't change a tap washer in this country if your not a plumber. The cabinet was a bonus, it would be twice the price or more to purchase an electrical cabinet. I too am the same at hardware stores. Sometimes you just need to look at things to get your imagination going. Cheers Scott, and clear skies to you

Nice job Don you'd think those multipurpose cabinets would have the vents preinstalled though lol, think I'd be lost on the coding part of it all though so look forward to seeing the next part.

Yes, you would think they should come with vents for motor controllers. LOL Thanks Titch CS Don
