same needless to say i sobbed for a long while and cry myself to sleep because how bad the system failed her she was so young

I saw the documentary and it was an example of our inability to address the many issues that arose for her at a very young age. i was impressed by the candor the film and really raw, kudos to the producers and directors.

Do not mention yourself when respecting the death of another, unless you were closely attuned with the deceased. It is simple.

What is implied in that sentence is that this year keeps going from bad to worse because of all the bad things that keep happening compared to previous years.Yes bad things happen all the time year after year but this year has just been on a whole other level.

Yes they knew. Her partner, Harley said he didn’t mind the yelling because it pushed him and made him work harder. She was emotionally and psychologically abused. Most athletic coaches are, especially to woman in ice skating and gymnastics. Not once did they offer to bring her mom over which would have helped tremendously. The Australian committee were also aware (as mentioned by two mentors, one was Belinda) and did nothing as shown in the documentary. Most government agencies cut people off instead of dealing with the issue.

You know when someone passes away due to suicide and mental illness. It's always they're so accomplished. They were so intelligent they reached their highest potential. They did this they didn't that they were very active physically and mentally active. But yet there's a deep dark depression and mental illness part of their brain that tells them. They're not perfect no matter how much they're love. And our families knew that they were perfect already just the way they were. I was my younger daughter at age 32. And if i'd listed all of her accomplishments here it would take another whole paragraph. She filled into her 32 years more life. Funniness with loving caring to me and her 3 older siblings than many people in a lifetime. Yet she felt her purpose had ended. 3 years and 7 months latter I'm still speechless or coming up on Christmas and Christmas. 2019 was the last time. I got to kiss and hold her and she already planned her death. She wanted to wait for her brother to come back from France and she called me 2 days Before she ended her life at the home, she said with her husband that was in March 25th 20 tweit amazes me that I look at photos of Her from Thanksgiving of 2019. Knowing that's the last photo I have of all 4 of my children. She was the baby and I took 1 photo on Christmas Eve. And it happened to be her and her husband and her with this beautiful Grin. And it was not the face of depression. Trust me, nobody knows what the real true face of depression Looks like I miss you baby Meghan Elisabeth ❤❤❤ mine

Carefull to blame ALL, her partner and others could have been doing something, you don't know.

Having that social support helps people tremendously, but so many people who have wonderful support around them still take their lives. It's so easy to think "if only" but at the end of the day, the nature of depression is wrought with confirmation biases that no one can help except the sufferer.
