We always have so many leaves, and they don't seem to break down during wintertime. I rake some up for mulch and mowing gets rid of others, but come autumn it starts all over again. Our neighbor had a Princess tree which he recently cut down. The leaves were enormous and clogged our rain gutters. I was glad to see that tree go. Good job on this property.

Wow you can’t even imagine how much stress you relieved for this woman. From firsthand experience I can say that after an accident left me unable to complete my spring cleanup duties and cut m grass I was stressed about how it was going to get done. Like an answer to a prayer I found the answer in the form of my sister’s neighbor who does lawn care in addition to a full time job. He doesn’t even have any customers near me as he works in his own town and isn’t accepting new lawns. Not only did he answer my call for help but knowing that I am retired is charging less than half going rate. When he met with me knowing we don’t know if it’s for 2 or the full season and said don’t worry he’s got this for no matter how long I knew I was blessed. The stress was lifted and I can put my energy into healing my broken bones and getting strength back. Phil you are such a blessing to all the folks you extend your helping hands. You can tell this woman really loves and tends to her yard, your being there can let her put her and her husband’s energy into healing. God bless you and your family.

This was a good deed lawn that happened to find you! Sounded like she really needed your help. You did a fantastic job on this leaf and branchy bushes lawn. Unusual lawn with the rocks, wires, and sections. Hard to work around, but you mastered it! 👏

When I cut back stuff with thorns, I will wear welding sleeves. They are leather sleeves and go over the shoulders. It does protect your arms from thorns, especially when cutting black berry vines.

Nothing quite like blowing leaves on a windy day, is there? You’re doing a great job!

In Texas and surrounding states we have Live Oak trees. they stay green all year. After we clean all the leaves from the rest of the trees, the live oaks change leaves late Feb/first of March. They are green when they fall and very hard to mulch. The way I do them is bag them with the lawn mower and let the city pick them up. I do not have one of the trees but I still get leaves from neighbors. The new leaves push the old off, so the tree has green leaves all year.

I love your attention to detail when you do a yard. The only time I love Roses is when a handsome man like yourself brings them to me.....I do not like messing with them in the yard. I did recently move and the man living here before me has many roses planted in this yard. I have trimmed them back some. Always wear long sleeves and gloves. There is a saying " If roses did not suffer thorns on their journey to beauty, they would lose out on becoming masterpieces". You are a good man to help others in their time of need. Bless you.

Fill. Something to keep in mind is what I believe in with what I've got and that is" I thought I had it bad because I had no shoes until I met a man that had no feet". The inference of that is that no matter how bad you have it look around there is someone who haws it worse, no matter what the situation is!
