i’m sorry, i really don’t understand how one band can make SO MANY truly AMAZING songs that just touch your soul. how.

I have a girlfriend that I really love. We are together for over 2 years, and since then we unfortunately weren't able to spend as much time together in person as we would like. It's the distance between us, it's our parents making plans for us. And every time, a few seconds before I press the "end call" button in the evening, I promise to her as well as myself: "Someday when we're older, we'll be here together, telling each other goodnight in person, someday we'll be together." She is now studying 1000km away, but she'll return. Until then, I'll listen to this song. Someday we'll be golden.

How strange it is that I'm an American, and yet it took a special young woman who lived on the other side of the world in the troubled city of Donetsk, Ukraine to introduce me to this extraordinarily talented and unique American group. She passed away late last year at the young age of 23. How tragic. I miss you so much, dear Lilium ... so very much.
