Haillee stienfield as Kate bishop is by far the perfect mcu casting by far for she nails the character an her and Clint Barton are a nice pairing in the show

Kate Bishop is a such a great character. Her background feels so grounded in reality and hopefully it's something that can resonate with audiences of the show. Also, her first "uniform" has Huntress vibes, though an obvious callback to OG Hawkeye.

I was a fan of the new Avengers and read a few on the initial run. Kate Bishop was cool, but other then her financing the team I could not believe she was the next Hawkeye. Hawkeye eyes and hand coordination is damn near in the same level as Bullseye. Her being a factor was just not believable.

@@chrischen0709 My initial response to the character was, "Oh no, you're New York penthouse rich, your life must be so hard." But then the first episode brought the loss of a parent, destruction of home, and a hostile alien invasion. Then I was like, "Okay, that's a decent amount of trauma, I'm in."

Kate's original costume with the Mockingbird mask kinda makes her look like Huntress from the DC Universe. Also, after hearing her full backstory about being sexually-assaulted, I can see why they had her be approached by Jessica Jones. Plus she kinda reminds me a little of Mia Dearden aka Speedy from the DC Universe.

I knew Hailee Steinfeld was going to be Kate Bishop when fans wanted her to be. I read about her and the young avengers back in high school and I can relate to her. So I saw the first two episodes of Hawkeye and I'm loving it.

I hope she gets her own movie or show. She has great chemistry with almost everyone she interacts with (Yelena, Clint, Eleanor) I want to see her interact with Peter Parker! Can’t wait to see more of her

@@creeper4481 Definitely! Maybe a Young Avengers vs Thunderbolts or Dark Avengers movie. We just have to get Cassie Lang, Wiccan, Speed and Patriot. The last three have kinda been setup already, just need some ground work on Cassie. Maybe we get an Iron Lad/Young Kang??

I love her origin story. It's so simple. All these comic book characters be having these crazy origin stories so it's nice to see something more grounded and realistic. It's a nice change of pace.

so, Wiccan and Speed were already introduced in the Disney plus shows along with patriot, Kate Bishop, and kid loki, Cassie is now older after the blip, hulkling could show up in she-hulk or secret invasion, and there are other young characters like ms. marvel, spider-man, and iron heart pretty soon. is it just me or are we going to get an mcu version of the young avengers?

My suggestions same reading order but he is missing Hawkeye by Matt fraction. That’s where she and Clint team up and share the roll. Very eye catching comic it is what the tv show is based off of and very much is her own story aswell and continues to the last two books

I didn’t become a fan of her character until the Hawkeye solo series. Young Avengers I never got into because it very often became “waaaaaaahhhhhhhhh. The adult heroes don’t take us seriously”
