The northern lights are lovely in this. I've seen them a few times, they come out fairly often here (Canadian prairies), but the thing is that to really see them you have to get out of the city, away from the light pollution, and I can't do that, as I don't own a car. I never have owned one, and I'm in my later forties! Never could afford one, not even close. Sometimes if they are very strong, you can see the a little in the city, so I've been lucky enough to see them a few times, although not very strong. Still, I'm lucky to have seen them.

I used to do something similar for my nephew when he was young and scared to take naps by himself when I would babysit him. I would sit in the room till the music helped him fall asleep. Then I could get back to gaming 😊

My husband works nights so I have a hard time sleeping when he isn’t around. I found this few weeks ago and it’s been playing on the tv every single day on repeat. First time listening to this one. Will let you know how it goes. I have insomnia, took 2 magnesium gelcaps and now calling it a night. So far, so good with the music. Wish I could watch the visual part of the video by then that would serve as too much stimuli. Need to sleep. You know, the thing about magnesium is that it can give you the...how to put this nicely....it can give you the runs. Hopefully that didn't happen to you. But just please be aware that it can easily do that, that's why I don't take it, even though it would be good for my Anxiety Disoders, as well as my Sleep Disorders, and also my Migraines. If you want to take it, you can get a spray or a cream that you rub into your skin. When you do that, it's abosred through the skin, not the gut, so it doesn't give you diarhhea. I should try a cream myself! But money is always so short. I'm lucky if I can buy groceries, nevermind pay for fancy extras like Magnesium cream. I haven't had meat, nuts, oil, or any kind of dairy for over 2 years now, I really miss it! But it's so expensive. I have oatmeal for breakfast, as it's cheap, and then I make plain beans for lunch, and I always make lentil soup for supper...I cant afford anything else. Oh well, I do also buy tea, and, once in a while, some frozen fruit for a treat.

On December 20th I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia then on the 22nd with Breast Cancer. I had surgery on Jan 8th (lumpectomy) I haven't slept well since. But this music is relaxing. I wish you all peace and love.
