Custard:
Eggs - 2 pcs
Sugar - 70 g / 2.4 oz
Cornstarch - 30 g / 1.0 oz
Milk - 500 ml
Butter - 80 g / 2.8 oz
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Choux pastry:
Water - 160 g
Butter - 80 g / 2.8 oz
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Flour - 120 g / 4.2 oz
Eggs 2 - 3 pcs
Glaze:
Chocolate - 100 g / 3.5 oz
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Bake at 170°C (338~°F) 40 - 45 minutes
