Cheesecake with cherry on sand dough! Very simple, tasty and tender :) Cherry can be replaced with other berries;)
Cheesecake with cherry (diameter of the form 22-24 cm)
Sand dough:
220 gr. whte flour
40 gr. sugar
120 gr. butter, cold
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 egg yolk
1/2 tbsp. sour cream
4 gr. vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
Berry filling:
170 grams of cherries + 50 grams of sugar (or 220 grams of cherries with sugar)
15 gr. starch + 30 ml. water
10 gr. butter
Curd filling:
2 egg whites
600 gr. cottage cheese (9%)
100 gr. sugar
15 gr. starch
Sandy Baby:
30 gr. butter
30 gr. sugar
40 -50 gr. white flour
4 gr. vanilla sugar
The cake must be baked at 356 F - 60 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the features of the oven.
