You could always use your foot for access to extra buttons. It's designed to use in combination with the regular controller. One dual sense and up to two of these can count as a single player.

Yes, it’s been a thing for XBOX for a while now.

It's made to pair with the PS5 controller, acting as an extension, not a replacement.

You can use it with a Dualsense, one of the Logitech joystick attachments, or a combo of two Access Controllers. Having two joysticks limits the ability to have it at any orientation that they mentioned.
